Welcome to Harmony Yoga!
 

 

We provide a wonderful retreat in the middle of Des Moines where the spirit of yoga and wellness is shared through a professional and caring group of teachers and wellness practitioners. Harmony specializes in a wide spectrum of healing and relaxing treatments to complement your practice or restore your vital energies. We are proud to offer a wide variety of yoga classes for all levels and every type of body, meditation and relaxation classes, and an assortment of fun and spiritual dance classes. Key events and workshops will be offered every month and are small enough to make personal, lasting connections.

You can experience all we have to offer under one roof- from enjoying an exhilarating yoga or dance class, relaxing with a restorative massage, healing with a reiki or acupuncture treatment , finding a gift ( for you or someone else) in our yoga wear, local artist jewelry and accessories in our boutique. You may even sit quietly in our lounge with a complimentary cup of tea and read a magazine or book - perhaps one you borrow from our extensive lending library. We are here seven days a week to assist you in your lifestyle practices. Please come celebrate with us and take part in all of the wonderful, positive activities for a happier, healthier, more harmonious you.
